Carnegie Investment Fund
CARNEGIE INVESTMENT FUND was incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on January 13, 2011 at the initiative of Banque Carnegie Luxembourg S.A. The Company is an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (“UCITS”) incorporated pursuant to Part I of the Luxembourg Law of December 17, 2010 on undertakings for collective investment (the “”2010 Law”), and is organised as a variable capital company (société d'investissement à capital variable “SICAV”). As such the Company is registered on the official list of collective investment undertakings maintained by the Luxembourg regulator.
The objective of the Company is to achieve long-term capital appreciation through investment of its Sub-Funds’ assets in transferable securities, money market instruments and other legally acceptable assets.
Investment in the Company is only suitable for sophisticated private and institutional investors who do not require immediate liquidity for their investments, for whom such an investment does not constitute a complete investment programme and who fully understand and are willing to assume the risk involved in the Company’s prospectus.
